Macadamia-Spinach Pesto

This is great for pastas or zoodles! Spread on a bread and ready! 


1 cup spinach

1 big garlic minced 

10 macadamias

1 tablespoon vegan almond cheese (optional: you can add any cheese you want like parmesan if you eat dairy)  

1/3 cup olive oil

Add all your ingredients except olive oil to a high speed blender. Place on a dish and add olive oil. Mix well. Now add to your zoodles or pasta and enjoy!
