Excellent alternative of a healthy snack
This is an easy and healthy recipe for any occasion. It won't perish as long as you have it in an airtight container. (Besides, it won't last because your family will finish it)
First of all, remember I try to do everything myself so I do not have to use canned goods. Therefore, please take note if you wish to do it like this as well, you have to soak your chickpeas for at least 12 hours (overnight). My detox teacher told me from time to time they have to breathe so I soaked them in the morning and by noon I changed the water to let them breathe and soaked them again for 3-4 more hours.
Once the chickpeas have been soaked, it's time to cook them. They take A LOOONG TIME. But hey! It's worth it, I promise!
